A Moment for Yourself to Celebrate Women's Day

Women are often told to care for others, to nurture, to give, to hold space for the people around them. Over time, society has placed many expectations and labels on women, layering roles and invisible pressures onto what it means to be a woman. In the midst of all this, it can be easy to forget how we actually feel. We rarely give ourselves some quiet moments.
Taking a moment for yourself shouldn't feel selfish. Paying attention to your own body and feelings is also a form of care.
Pleasure is often treated as something indulgent or even embarrassing to talk about. But in reality, it can be a simple way to reconnect with yourself and understand what your body needs, because your feelings matter.
We are living in 2026. Sexual pleasure shouldn't be a taboo, and feelings shouldn't have to be hidden.
It might sound cliché, but "Your body, your rules". All feelings are allowed, even shame. You might feel a little embarrassed when you are secretly pleasing yourself, and that's okay. But your pleasure shouldn't be muted.
This Women's Day is a gentle reminder to pause and return to your own body. Even a small moment for yourself can make a difference.
